Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Alvexa Shop, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delivery Time

  • Karachi: 2–3 working days

  • Major Cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible orders and locations across Pakistan. Payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a tracking number through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where available.

Delivery Address
Please make sure your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct. Alvexa Shop is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Failed Delivery / Returned Orders
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal, or repeated unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos/videos of the package and product.
